Each year for Christmas I put together an advent calendar for my boyfriend, and he loves it! This year, I decided to continue the daily giving with a Valentine’s Day Advent Calendar.

The Valentine’s Day Advent Calendar was easy to put together and cost about $25. I used craft paper and stamps to make custom gift wrap, purchased 14 inexpensive snacks and items and wrapped them each with a cheeky message.

MATERIALS

• Craft Paper
• Ink and Stamps
• Scrapbook Paper
• Baker’s Twine or Ribbon
• Die Cuts (optional)

Step One: Roll out your craft paper and stamp away! I found that after I stamped the paper a kitchen brush worked really well to clean the stamps.

Step Two: Write out your cheeky captions. I’ve added a chart of ideas at the end of this post

Step Three: Wrap each day’s gift. I added heart tags with the day of the month they should be opened. I used iron-on images on boxers as the Valentine’s Day gift. The photos didn’t turn out great, but one is Princess Leia with “Buns of Steel” and the other says “I’d tap that.”
